I have always enjoyed the creative thrill that comes from delivering quality developments, and I believe passion is integral to being successful in this industry. I am very operational and love the doing.I was continually seeking an efficient business model that would reduce investor risk, enable business transparency and deliver structured, high value investor returns. My experience of being acquitted of an insolvency offence (post GFC) confirmed my belief that a new model was needed to ensure the industry and its investors were better protected from external financial impacts.Over the next 2 years, I developed a business model that would better withstand a ‘global financial crisis’ event, and a structure that meant business transparency and stability was in its DNA.

I work with fun talented people who are focused on delivering a better result for our children and the generations to come which seems after many years to be the only true reward for our efforts.
